CEF 02 2026 – Hospital Contact Number

Question:
The hospital landline (66252) does not currently work so constituents are unable to make appointments and receive basic medical care unless visiting the hospital or calling the 999-emergency number. When will this be solved?

AIG Response:
The issue with the hospital landline was identified as a temporary technical fault. This has now been resolved and the telephone line is fully operational. Ascension Island residents and visitors can continue to call 66252 to arrange appointments and access routine healthcare services as normal.
