The Ascension Island Government invites tenders for the following items, marked as Lots 1 - 10
as listed below. These items will be sold on an ‘as is’ basis, and whilst some of the vehicles are
currently not operational, they can be brought to a running order.

Any questions regarding the lots 1-9 or viewing requests may be directed to the Motor
Transport Team Leader, Mr Mark Thomas by telephone on 45900 or by email through
mark.thomas@ascension.gov.ac.

All tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘Tender: Lot No. x’ to the Secretary of the Tender Board, Administrator’s Office, Georgetown, no later than 16:00 on Friday 08 May 2026. Bids
may also be emailed with the subject line ‘Tender: Lot No. x’, and sent to aig.enquiries@ascension.gov.ac. Any tender received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

Please be advised that each lot is marked with a reserved price and the Board does not bind itself to accept any tender, nor will it assign any reason for the rejection of a tender.
